Our connectedness to the body of Christ is by His spirit. Because of the mercy of our God, and our Messiah's sacrifice, we are atoned for and given a special helper. Christ lives now in us, and the life giving spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, lives in us too. By His mercy we can walk in the newness of life becoming heirs of God and coheirs with Christ.

The spirit helps us in our weakness, intercedes for us, testifies for us and conforms us to the image of His son. We are given one mind, and an overflow of hope and joy by the power of the Holy Spirit.
